Updated: 12th June 2026

Statement Regarding the Use of Kevin Laye Testimonials, Training References, and Branded Products

The following statement is issued by Andrew T. Austin, Director of The Association for IEMT Practitioners.

The Association encourages members to pursue a broad range of professional training and development across different therapeutic and change-work modalities. However, the Association also has a responsibility to maintain clear standards regarding professional ethics, advertising, representation, and the appropriate use of IEMT-related logos, references, and membership status.

The Association does not consider Mr Kevin Laye’s training, treatment claims, promotional materials, or branded modalities to be compatible with the ethical and professional standards expected of members of The Association for IEMT Practitioners.

Members who have trained with Mr Kevin Laye, or who currently use his name, testimonials, branded products, or associated modalities in their advertising, are required to take one of the following actions:

  1. Remove all references to Kevin Laye, his testimonials, branded products, and associated modalities from any online or offline promotional material where IEMT, The Association for IEMT Practitioners, or Association logos are also referenced.

or

  1. Discontinue the use of all IEMT references, Association references, and Association logos on any websites, profiles, printed literature, or promotional materials where Kevin Laye, his testimonials, branded products, or associated modalities continue to be promoted.

This action is required without delay.

In light of current concerns involving Mr Kevin Laye, the Association is taking this step to protect its members, its professional reputation, and the integrity of IEMT training and practice standards.

Any member profile on the Association website that references Kevin Laye, his testimonials, branded products, or associated modalities will be suspended. Suspended profiles will remain unavailable until the relevant references have been removed or amended appropriately.

This statement may be shared publicly.

Andrew T. Austin
Director for The Association for IEMT Practitioners

Thereby across the board, neither should he be allowed to flaunt other official memberships/logos he’s not entitled to either (let alone other falsities that are decietful)!?
Also because such inevitably leads people to TRUST so called ‘professionals’ therefore renders them intimately and financially vulnerable…
